CHANGE OF DATE ON ONLINE TICKET

From March 19th, 2013, users are allowed to change the date of the ticket they purchased online.
Users may change the date at every authorized SAIS TRASPORTI dealer until two hours before departure.
Date change is charged with a €5,00 fee.

ONLINE REGISTRATION AND TICKETS PURCHASE PROCEDURE

Before signing up, please make sure you can provide:

valid email address;
active Italian mobile phone number (in order to send you a confirmation code via sms);

Sign up by submitting the form you find at www.saistrasporti.it → Online purchase
Once you submit your request, you'll receive an activation code via SMS
Sign in with your username, password and activation code
Your registration has no expiry date and you'll be able to use it to purchase tickets for other people.
Before proceeding to payment, make sure you have entered all the data, which are stated in the summary box.
When the transaction is completed the tickets can be printed by selecting "TITOLI ACQUISTATI". We do not send tickets by e-mail.
Unused tickets cannot be refunded but the date can be changed up to 2 hours before departure at any of our selling points.
